The vehicles communicate among each other and with the main station using an encrypted WLAN. For more detailed information about the required WLAN, please check the download page.

When the vehicles are positioned in front of a machine, loadport or charging station, a hardware handshake is fulfilled. The hardware handshake is designed to succeed only if the vehicle is positioned correctly in front of the station. This way, a load handling or charging process can only begin if the vehicle is positioned adequately.

When the vehicles are positioned correctly, they communicate with the machine to start the charging or load handling process.
